What frustrates me most about Heroes is that it used to be so good. Nearly perfect. And now it seems to be hobbling along, begging us to join it as it stumbles through one dizzying plot turn after another, tripping over extraneous characters and laughable dialogue.

The thing is, it's still the home of some of my favorite TV characters, namely Sylar and Noah Bennet. Both actors do their very best with the material, and manage to wring some geniune enjoyment from it. But still, this show needs some serious CPR.

What can we do to help?

This was one of those awesome episodes where a lot happens, but the pace is just right and character development is flawlessly integrated into the larger plot.
